Normally, if your order is placed before 1 pm on a business day, we can ship it the same day. Otherwise, your order will be sent out on the following business day. During sale or Latvian holiday periods, it may take up to 5 business days to ship your order. All our shipments are fully insured. Our policy is to provide a full refund or send a replacement if your parcel is lost. Please reach out to us if this happens.
For orders with more than one pair of shoes, there will be an additional charge of €20 (DHL Express, FedEx) or €10 (DPD, EMS) for each extra pair.
The "Rest of the World" category refers only to countries where delivery is available through the services listed on our website. It does not include every country in the world, only those where our delivery partners operate.
We will ship the order to the shipping address and name provided by you when you place the order. Please consider that your ID may be requested to receive the package.
If the order is not received due to no fault of the delivery service, itk reserves the right to deduct any costs associated with the return. Please track your order using the provided tracking number. If, for any reason, you are unable to receive the order, please contact us in advance via [email protected].
In cases where the selected transport company cannot reach the address, itk Store reserves the right to change the delivery service.
itk store reserves the right to deduct expenses for the return shipping of the product in case of order refusal.
Custom Charges
All custom charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
We do not have any responsibility or control over these charges. It is advisable to contact your local customs office to ascertain the current charges before placing an order so that you are well-informed. It's important to note that this is why customers outside the European Economic Area receive a 21% VAT deduction.
If any parcels are returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to deduct any incurred costs from your refund.
For our UK customers, please be aware that as a result of Brexit, goods prices for orders shipping to the UK will not include the 21% VAT. Any potential import duties should be paid by the recipients of the shipments upon the arrival of parcels at UK customs.
Collect from the store
If you want to pick up your order in Riga, select 'Pickup from Riga' at checkout. Usually ready by the next business day, but during busy times or holidays, it might take up to 5 days. Our address: 18 Z.A. Meierovica Boulevard, Riga, LV-1050, Latvia, phone: +371 6767-1505.

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification at the email address provided during checkout.
When collecting your order, please ensure you have a valid form of identification with you (passport or ID card).

The full payment amount is charged at the time of ordering. All payment transactions are encrypted and completely secure.
Please note: For card payments, the 3-D Secure service provided by your bank is required. This service confirms payment for each transaction via SMS or a push notification from your bank’s app.
If 3-D Secure is not available, please contact your bank to request its activation.
itk Store also supports a variety of alternative payment systems to make your shopping experience more convenient. In addition to traditional payment methods, you can use BLIK, Bancontact, EPS, giropay, iDEAL, Przelewy24.
These options provide additional flexibility and security for your transactions.

Tax Free
Our prices already include a 21% VAT. Customers ordering from outside the European Economic Area will not be subject to the 21% VAT included in the price of almost all our products. This deduction is automatically applied at the checkout; you simply need to select the country to which your order is being delivered.
Please note that we cannot declare a lower value for the parcel or mark it as a 'gift' since doing so would be against the law.
Currences
All payments to itk are processed in Euro (EUR). itk store is not responsible for any fluctuations in currency exchange rates or for the exchange rates provided by your bank when converting to Euro.
