We offer a 14-day return policy. If you wish to return the goods, please notify us via email at [email protected].
We do not accept returns for online orders at our retail stores in Riga and Vilnius.
All orders placed in the online store can only be returned by shipping them to the warehouse address. Please return items to us using their local postal service or an international courier.
- Please download, print, and complete a return form if you do not already have one.
- Ensure that the returned goods are properly packed and meet all the conditions outlined below.
- Enclose the completed Returns form with your goods and return them to the following address:

When returning items from outside the EU, please be sure to declare the goods as returns to the courier/postal service.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have an original price tag and/or packaging if applicable.
- We will not refund any shipping costs.
- All items must be in their original, resalable condition.
- Please ensure that the returned items are adequately packed to avoid any damage in transit.
- When returning footwear, make sure the shoebox is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product; any damage may result in the return being refused.
- Please ensure that all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
- If you are returning an item from outside Latvia, please clearly mark the package as 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any customs charges. itk is NOT responsible for any return custom charges incurred.
Refunds
We aim to process returns within 2 business days of receiving them. As long as the returned items meet our refund criteria, your refund will be processed within 24-48 hours after your return is processed, depending on your card issuer.
Order Cancellation
Orders for high-demand products (Dunk, Jordan, Lab, collaborations, and other releases) cannot be canceled. “Release Product” means FINAL SALE. Once submitted, Release Product orders are not eligible for cancellation, modification, return, or exchange under any circumstances. Purchases are limited to one pair per order per release. Multiple orders by the same customer are subject to cancellation. In-store pickup is not available for online orders of this product. This product is exempt from all discount codes. Each online order will incur shipping charges.
itk store reserves the right to deduct expenses for the return shipping of the product in case of order refusal.
